When commissions are open, which I will inform clients thru my social media platforms, I will state a specific number of slots.

This is a first-come-first-serve basis. I will announce when slots are full, or when commissions are closed.

Once I approve the commission request, I will send a Paypal invoice through email. For Filipino clients, I will send my Gcash number.

Full payment or 50/50 payment first after I send a very rough sketch.

No refunds or cancellation once I have started on your commission request. You may only receive refunds when I am the one cancelling the commission.

Once you have sent the payment, I will finish the commission within a week or more. If there shall ever be a deadline, kindly inform me about it. Additional charges if rushed.

I will give updates on the sketch, line art (if applicable), and flat colors of the illustration. Only two free minor revisions can be done after I have finished the whole illustration. Any more revisions, major and/or minor, will be charged depending on how big the revision will be.

I will send a watermarked and unwatermarked version of the illustration. However, you may not remove it and/or claim it as your own. I also have the right to post the commission on my social media platforms.

My illustrations/commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.

Step 1: Make sure that you have visited my website and have read through all of the guidelines and prices. This is vital as it will inform you how the processing works.

Step 2: Once I open a slot(s), please message me through any social media platform you prefer. Please keep in mind about the prices and the availability of each illustration.

Step 3: I will send a commission form on whatever platform you have messaged me.

Step 4: Fill out the form and be precise about the details as possible. Make sure to include a reference picture of the poses, clothes, character, etc. If you prefer to tell me about the details personally, you may request for an active conversation.

Step 5: Once I approve your commission request, I will start the rough sketch as soon as possible. If ever I do not accept your commission request, I will inform you.

Step 6: Once you have approved of the rough sketch, I will request for your payment upfront. When that's done, I will continue your request and give you updates frequently.

Step 7: Chill, sit back, and wait until I complete your request, as it will take me a week or so. It may take over less than a week depending on the complexity and my schedule.

Step 8: I will send the illustration via a dropbox/google drive link/email and ta-da! It's done!
